  • CR Chloroprene / Neoprene®

    Chloroprene shows excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance. It is compatible to ozone, oxygen and weather, has good flame resistance, and CR rubbers are even self-extinguishing. CR easily binds to metal. It has good resistance to chlorofluorocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils and greases but moderate or poor resistance to acids, solvents and fuels.

    Typical working temperature range is between -35°C and +100°C.
