    M Seals is at the forefront of seal manufacturing and has an exceptional reputation for delivering quality sealing solutions fast. We operate our own in-house designed CAD/CAM production software and continually invest in the latest CNC manufacturing technology and sealing materials to ensure we always continue to deliver the best quality and service to our clients.

    All in-house seal production is done in a clean temperature-controlled environment.

    We have:

    • 12 machines across M Seals locations globally
    • Over 240 different engineered material grades in stock
    • The capability to manufacture seals up to 850mm in diameter in-house (larger seals available on request)
    • An aim for same-day dispatch

     

    Our machines include:

    • 24/7 CNC lathe facility (Sheffield, UK) – capable of machining small-to-medium urgent batch volumes in a wide range of materials up to a max diameter of 850mm.
    • 3 Axis CNC with bar feeder. robotic load arms and Renishaw probes for continuous high-volume batch production.
    • Manual Bridgeport milling machines for low-volume secondary operations.

     

    Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology to produce high-precision seals and gaskets in a variety of shapes and sizes. Our commitment to fast lead times means that once your design is approved, we can quickly move from prototype to full-scale production, ensuring that your sealing solutions are delivered on time.

    We take great pride in our stringent quality control procedures. Every product undergoes rigorous testing and inspection to ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards. This includes dimensional checks, material verification, and performance testing under simulated operating conditions.
