Our pusher tool (IT01) is designed to enable the correct installation of:
- PTFE O-ring energised composite seals
- PTFE spring-energised seals
- PTFE O-rings.
How the pusher tool works
The design on our pusher tool eliminates the use of screwdrivers and other tools with sharp edges that should not be used, especially when dealing with PTFE seals.
The pusher tool works in conjunction with our Ramp tool (IT02) and has radial slots in its side walls to allow it to expand in diameter as it carefully pushes the seal into the groove.
