Easy installation, cleanliness, low friction, identification, customisation, improved service life and sliding properties are just as important as the sealing itself. M Seals offers several different solutions.
M Seals also offer surface treatments that meets FDA and USP VI requirements.
Coatings
A coating is a half permanent or permanent lubricating coating able to meet simple mounting requirements or high stress dynamic applications. The parts will keep their initial properties but with a lower friction coefficient and a better wear resistance. The stick-slip effect no longer occurs.
Lube and grease
This surface treatment eases the mounting of the parts for a small additional cost. The deposited lubrification agents are not linked with the material itself. After time, the treatment is less efficient. For all dynamic applications, a coating is preferable.
