CR Chloroprene / Neoprene®
Chloroprene shows excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance. It is compatible to ozone, oxygen and weather. Its flame resistance is great and CR rubbers are even self-extinguishing. CR easily binds to metal. Good resistance to chlorofluorocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils, greases but moderate or poor resistance to acids, solvents and fuels.
Typical working temperature range is between -35°C and +100°C
