M Seals is at the forefront of fluid seal manufacturing and have an exceptional reputation for delivering quality sealing solutions fast. We operate our own in-house designed CAD/CAM production software and continuously design and add new fluid seal designs to our portfolio.
Since our establishment in 2003 we have continuously invested in the latest CNC manufacturing technology and sealing materials to ensure we always continue to deliver the best quality and service to our clients.
All in-house seal production is done in a clean temperature-controlled environment via powerful air conditioning units utilising the machinery below:
- 24/7 CNC Lathe facility (Sheffield, UK) – capable of machining small-to-medium urgent batch volumes in a wide range of materials up to a max diameter of 720mm.
- 3 Axis CNC with bar feeder. robotic load arms and Renishaw probes for continuous high-volume batch production.
- Engineered seals can be accommodated up to an outer diameter of 2,500mm in a wide range of profiles and materials.
- Manual Bridgeport milling machines for low-volume secondary operations.
