Flat Gaskets
We design, manufacture and supply high-quality flat gaskets in rubber, fibre, graphite and PTFE, including both standard and bespoke sealing solutions. From single replacement gaskets and prototypes to small, medium and large production runs, we provide precision-engineered products tailored to your exact requirements.
Our in-house production facility is equipped with large-format CNC flatbed cutters, enabling fast, accurate manufacture to tight tolerances without the need for costly punching tools. This reduces production costs, shortens lead times and makes design changes simple and economical. We work with a wide range of materials, including elastomers, aramid fibre, graphite and food-grade compounds compliant with EC 1935/2004 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations.
From Drawing to Finished Gasket
Using advanced CNC-controlled cutting technology, we produce accurate flat gaskets directly from digital drawings, eliminating the need for expensive punching tools and tooling charges.
This makes prototypes, small batch production and design revisions fast and cost-effective. For higher-volume requirements, we offer efficient series production with short lead times.

Our in-house CAD team can create production-ready drawings and reverse engineer obsolete or discontinued gaskets when no drawing is available.

All gaskets are manufactured to DIN 7715-5 P2 tolerances as standard.

Flat Gasket Materials
We supply flat gaskets manufactured from a wide range of proven sealing materials sourced from leading European manufacturers and our own documented compounds.
Fibre Gaskets
A versatile sealing solution widely used across general industry for applications involving oil, water, steam and gases. Depending on the material grade, fibre gaskets can withstand temperatures up to approximately 400°C and pressures up to 150 bar. Specialist grades are available for aggressive chemicals, elevated temperatures and oil-based media.
Graphite Gaskets
Graphite provides exceptional chemical resistance and fire-safe performance, making it ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure applications within process industries, refineries and steam systems. Available in plain, stainless-steel reinforced and multilayer constructions, graphite gaskets can operate at temperatures up to approximately 550°C in air and pressures up to 250 bar.
PTFE Gaskets
Offering outstanding resistance to almost all chemicals, PTFE is suitable for temperatures ranging from -200°C to +260°C. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications. We supply both virgin PTFE and expanded PTFE (ePTFE), which provides excellent conformity on uneven, fragile or glass-lined flange surfaces.
